Liftoff Junk Removal provides junk removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts, yard waste removal, light demolition, commercial cleanouts, and related hauling services throughout Massachusetts and surrounding service areas.

All estimates provided through our website, by phone, text message, email, photo submission, or in-person consultation are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.

• Accessibility of items
• Labor requirements
• Disposal fees
• Additional services requested

Online estimates and AI-generated estimates are preliminary estimates only and do not constitute a binding contract or guaranteed final price.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Liftoff Junk Removal reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information regarding items to be removed
• Ensuring safe access to the property
• Identifying any items they wish to keep before removal begins
• Disclosing any hazardous or restricted materials

Once removal services have been authorized and completed, Liftoff Junk Removal shall not be responsible for the recovery of discarded items.

We do not accept or remove certain materials, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous waste
• Chemicals
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Biohazardous waste
• Explosives
• Flammable substances
• Illegal materials
• Medical waste

Liftoff Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse service if prohibited materials are present.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to remit payment may result in collection efforts and any remedies available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liftoff Junk Removal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Any concerns regarding property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Liftoff Junk Removal maintains a commitment to professional workmanship and will review all legitimate claims in good faith.
